Boys & Girls 8 Week Beginners Boxing Course - Sept 2024

Monkstown Boxing Club are running their next hugely successful 8 week beginners boxing course starting Tuesday 17th September 2024

Day/Time: Tuesdays 5pm to 5:45pm

Cost: €3  (no charge to any family in emergency accommodation, refugee status or on social welfare - this is treated in the strictest confidence)

Location: Monkstown BC, Mounttown Community Facility, Fitzgerald Park, A96 KR65

This is an introduction to Amateur Boxing, all the kids will learn the basics & skills. 

At the end of the 8 weeks we will present each kid with A Certificate, A Medal and invite them to join our club proper going forward. 

The areas we particularly focus on are Fitness, Strength, Footwork, Coordination & Discipline.
